Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) bingopls account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. bingopls employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.
Where duplicate accounts are identified, bingopls reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and permanently withhold any balances held across those accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. bingopls will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
Your registered name must match the name on your government-issued ID and on any payment method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank account) used for deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payments are not accepted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bingopls login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. bingopls will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bingopls reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
All content on the bingopls platform — including but not limited to the bingopls name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of bingopls or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bingopls platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bingopls platform without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingopls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
bingopls's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bingopls does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
bingopls collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the bingopls platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
